Orders will be processed after payment has been successfully confirmed. Processing time is generally 1–3 business days, excluding weekends, public holidays, and high-volume promotional periods.
Shipping fees and estimated delivery times depend on the destination and courier selected at checkout. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside JEMMA’s control.
