Refund policy
Returns or exchanges may be requested within 7 days after the order is received, provided that the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Sale items, promotional items, and items purchased with special discounts are not eligible for return or refund, unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
For defective or incorrect items, please contact our customer service and provide an unboxing video and clear photos of the item. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another method agreed upon with the customer.
